Terms & Conditions

Effective date: [Insert date]

1. Website information

The website provides general information about journeys and travel services. Details may change as availability, suppliers and operating conditions change. Confirmed booking documents take precedence where applicable.

2. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a place or create a binding booking. A booking is accepted only when Trevonelle provides written confirmation and the traveller meets the stated requirements.

3. Prices and payments

Each live journey page should state the currency, what is included, what is excluded, payment schedule, taxes or fees, and any deposit requirements. No price should be published until it has been verified.

4. Changes to itineraries

Routes, activities, accommodation and timing may be affected by weather, safety, access, supplier availability or other circumstances. This section should state clearly how material changes are handled and what alternatives or remedies may apply.

5. Cancellations and refunds

The applicable booking agreement must explain cancellation deadlines, fees, refund eligibility, changes requested by the traveller and cancellations by the organiser. The actual policy should be inserted here before launch.

6. Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, meeting entry and documentation requirements, following reasonable safety instructions and assessing whether a journey is suitable for their needs.

7. Insurance

This section should state the actual insurance requirements, including whether travel insurance is mandatory and what types of cover are recommended or required.

8. Health, safety and accessibility

Accurate activity-level, accessibility and safety information should be published for each route. Travellers are invited to discuss relevant requirements before booking, including what can and cannot be accommodated.

9. Liability

Any limitation or allocation of liability must be drafted to comply with the laws that apply to the business and booking. Legal review is required before this section is published.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, design assets, logos and original photography are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. Do not copy third-party content without permission.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. If a concern ever arises, we will always try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith first. Contact: hello@trevonelle.com.
